Radeerloped Music Group
Radeerloped Music Group (RMG) is the official recruitment and creative development division of Radeerloped Music. Established in 2026, RMG was created to provide opportunities for talented creatives to contribute to productions while supporting the continued growth and future development of the organization. Through applications, auditions, and specialized departments, RMG helps identify individuals who demonstrate creativity, professionalism, and the ability to support the mission of Radeerloped Music. Radeerloped Music was originally established in 2023 and continues to operate under the creative direction and leadership of Founder & Creative Director Duncan Lochridge.

Radeerloped Music Group accepts applications from individuals seeking opportunities within the Department of Music, Department of Percussion, and Department of Imagery. Applicants must complete the official application, select one department, and submit the required audition materials for review.

Department Of Music
Submit an original composition. Accepted formats include Solo, Duet, or Ensemble works. Required: PDF Score MP3 Export Software Used Personal Statement
Department Of Percussion
Submit an original Percussion Feature. The submission should demonstrate rhythmic development, creativity, musical impact, and technical skill. Required: PDF Score MP3 Export Software Used Personal Statement
Department Of Imagery
Create an original design based on the following theme: GALAXY Submit a high resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF along with software information and a designer statement.

RMG Departments
Radeerloped Music Group operates through a small number of specialized departments designed to support productions while maintaining professional standards and creative excellence.
Department Of Music
Responsible for score review, orchestration feedback, musical analysis, and creative development support. This department helps strengthen productions through evaluation, refinement, and quality control.
Department Of Percussion
Responsible for percussion writing, rhythmic development, drumline support, orchestral percussion, and musical impact creation. This department supports productions through specialized percussion expertise.
Department Of Imagery
Responsible for album artwork, cover design, branding materials, promotional graphics, and visual storytelling. This department helps maintain the visual identity of Radeerloped Music.
Department Of Sound & Design
The Department of Sound & Design operates as an internal leadership division. This department reports directly to the CEO and supports project planning, organizational development, workflow systems, and long term creative initiatives. Membership is determined internally and does not accept direct applications.
Leadership Structure
All departments operate under the authority and creative direction of Duncan Lochridge, Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Radeerloped Music.
