WHAT IS RMG?
RMG is the hiring and collaboration division of Radeerloped Music. We connect specialized contributors through defined departments, project-based opportunities, professional standards, and coordinated work.
One person can write a lot of music. But a second composer can catch a mistake, suggest a different idea, or approach a problem from a completely new angle. RMG exists because the music is becoming large enough that collaboration makes it better.

LEADERSHIP
Duncan Lochridge — CEO & Founder
Creative direction, production oversight, and the final say on every release. Leadership sets the vision, defines the standard, and keeps every department moving toward the same goal: music that serves the story.
DEPARTMENT OF MUSIC
Carl Fong — Music Editor
Composition, arranging, orchestration, and editorial review. The Department of Music handles the notes themselves — writing, refining, and ensuring every score meets professional standards before it reaches production.
DEPARTMENT OF VOCAL ARTS
Gie Nelson — Operatic Vocalist
Vocal performance, interpretation, and recording. The Department of Vocal Arts brings the human voice into Radeerloped productions — from operatic features to the nuanced phrasing that only a trained vocalist delivers.
DEPARTMENT OF PERCUSSION
Project-Based Specialists
Rhythm, drive, and percussive color. The Department of Percussion covers everything from orchestral percussion to drumline and marching battery — the engine that gives Radeerloped productions their momentum.
DEPARTMENT OF IMAGERY
Project-Based Specialists
Visual identity, artwork, and graphic design. The Department of Imagery ensures every release looks as intentional as it sounds — cover art, promotional materials, and the visual language of the brand.
SOUND & DESIGN
Production Leadership
Audio production, mixing, and final presentation. Sound & Design takes compositions from notation to finished recordings — DAW production, sound design, mixing, and mastering that meet release standards.
