What is Radeerloped Music Group?

Radeerloped Music Group, commonly referred to as RMG, is the collaborative production division operating within Radeerloped Music.

RMG exists to organize specialized creative work into clearly defined departments and roles. This structure allows contributors to focus on their specific areas of expertise while working toward the same production objectives.

RMG supports the development of original music, orchestration, percussion, visual design, production materials, and related creative work.

The purpose of the structure is not simply to divide tasks. It is designed to establish accountability, communication, consistency, quality control, and a professional production environment.

Contributors are expected to take assigned responsibilities seriously, complete work within established expectations, and communicate when circumstances affect their ability to complete an assignment.

02   Communication +

Communication should be clear, respectful, timely, and appropriate to the project. Questions, concerns, changes, and potential problems should be communicated.

03   Attention to Detail +

Contributors should review their own work carefully before delivery and maintain professional standards for accuracy, organization, presentation, and completeness.

04   Collaboration +

RMG is collaborative by design. Contributors are expected to work respectfully with others, communicate constructively, and contribute positively to the production environment.

05   Creative Direction +

Contributors may provide creative suggestions, but established project direction and approved decisions should be respected and followed.

06   Confidentiality +

Unreleased compositions, unfinished projects, internal documents, production files, artwork, and other nonpublic material should remain confidential unless authorized for release.

07   File Management +

Contributors should maintain organized project folders, appropriate naming conventions, current versions, and clear delivery of project files.

08   Professional Conduct +

Professional conduct is expected in all RMG communications, project interactions, meetings, reviews, file exchanges, and official activities.

Project Compensation

Current RMG production positions are compensated on a project basis.

CURRENT PROJECT RANGE $50–$150 PER PROJECT

Compensation varies according to the size, scope, complexity, and requirements of the individual project.

The project range is therefore not necessarily identical for every assignment. Specific project compensation should be established according to the work involved.

The listed compensation is a project based range, not a guaranteed recurring salary or hourly wage. Individual project compensation may vary.
