Current Openings at Radeerloped Music

We are currently hiring creative talent to join our production team. These are paid, project-based roles for individuals who can contribute to our cinematic and vintage aesthetic.

Available Positions:

1. Graphic Designer & Illustrator

  • Role: Creating digital visual assets and cover art.

  • Requirement: Strong drawing skills with a vintage, musical flair.

  • Compensation: $50 USD per completed project.

Note on Artistic Process: We welcome both digital-native artists and traditional illustrators.

If you prefer to draw by hand, you may submit work started on paper, provided the final submission is edited or "digitized" to meet our professional standards.

 

Tips for Applicants Using Hand-Drawn Art:

  1. High-Quality Scanning/Photography: Use a scanner or a mobile scanning app (like Adobe Scan or Microsoft Lens) to capture the drawing in high resolution without shadows.

     

     

  2. Digital Enhancement: Use gallery editing tools or apps (like Snapseed, Pixlr, or Canva) to increase the Contrast and Brightness. This makes the whites whiter and the ink lines darker, giving it a clean "vector" look.

 

2. Song Production Editor

  • Role: Technical editing of audio and MIDI tracks to ensure orchestral balance.

  • Requirement: Proficiency in DAWs and a keen ear for cinematic pacing.

  • Compensation: $50 USD per completed service.

3. Session Vocalist

  • Role: Providing lead or backing vocals for cinematic and vintage-style tracks.

  • Requirement: Ability to deliver emotive performances and high-quality, dry vocal stems (no background noise).

  • Compensation: $50 USD per song/session.

4. Session Drummer (Drumset)

  • Role: Recording live drum takes or high-end MIDI programming for our tracks.

  • Requirement: A focus on "vintage pocket" grooves and cinematic dynamics. Must provide clean, multi-track stems.

  • Compensation: $50 USD per song/session.

5. French Hornist

  • Role: Recording melodic lines and harmonic textures to bolster our orchestral arrangements.

  • Requirement: Proficiency in French Horn with the ability to record high-quality, clear audio files.

  • Compensation: $50 USD per song/session.
